The caregiver will be a professional caregiver which will need to pass a background check, 2 interviews and a rigorous training program provided by Beeping. That person will be well-trained, responsible with previous experience, kind, honest and knowledgeable.

Beeping cooperates with AXA and during the time that the caregiver will be in your home all your items will be insured up to 300.000€. Our policy if something gets broken the caregiver will report immediately to Beeping, and our customer support team will take the best care for you, also if you notice that something got broken we kindly advise you to let us know no longer than 24 hours that the incident happen in order to do a further investigation.

We work with everyday helpers who have completed various professional qualifications and do not necessarily have nursing training. Therefore, we cannot support you with medical care (medication administration, changing bandages, etc.). However, we are happy to help with basic care (dressing, combing, brushing teeth, etc.) and in the household, provide company or accompany you to appointments.

After confirmation you will receive a payment confirmation link where you will be able to activate your subscription and payment details with Credit Card or PayPal.
